Portion formats for airline catering: project start at Frankfurt

Aviation demands formats that work in onboard operation: defined portion sizes, stable packaging and specifications that pass review processes.

In an ongoing project at Frankfurt we are developing portion formats from the MIKKS range together with an airline caterer. The sampling phase is complete and tender documentation has been submitted.
